MARIA'S SCHOOL OF DANCE

Maria's School of Dance has been an educationally based dance studio for almost 50 years.

Our mission is to provide an outstanding experience for our dancers, with technical training paired with cutting edge movement, in a professional and exciting atmosphere. We form well-rounded dancers who learn more than just steps - they learn important life skills such as confidence, creativity, discipline and teamwork.

Our experienced staff teaches a variety of dance and tumbling classes for ages 3 & up in our professional grade 3,000 sq ft space, with three studios, a comfortable parent waiting room, and large windows for viewing your child. Students are placed in classes consistent with their age, ability, and years of study, with age-appropriate choreography and costumes. We pride ourselves on teaching third generation students whose parents and grandparents have trained through our studio. Because of our extensive experience, our business is organized and able to accommodate each child's individual needs. We teach dancers in every part of their journey, from recreational learners to serious competitive performers, with award-winning in-house choreography.

The Maria's School of Dance X Company (MSDX) is our studio competition team, which challenges dancers to train at their highest potential, with cutting edge in-house choreography, and plenty of fun. Our team has achieved countless top score awards at high level competitions, many 1st place awards, and several choreography, technique, and entertainment awards. Those who audition and make the Company become a part of at least 1 group dance, with the opportunity to audition for more. We compete in 3 studio competitions in the Spring, a few optional competitions, provide an opportunity to attend dance conventions, and host other social events for the team to enjoy! This is a great opportunity to refine your performance and technique while making great friends!
